Strategy Team

Graham Rowan – Group Chairman

Our Chairman has extensive experience in the property and investment world where he runs Elite Investor Club. An author, speaker and television personality, in the last 2 years he has been invited to speak at the United Nations in New York, Harvard Business School in Boston and both houses of Parliament in the UK.

Christian Hipkiss – Group CEO

With a track record in the sales industry, Christian has spent the last 12 years running a number of asset backed investment businesses showing investors how to increase their yields, protect growth and minimise losses. In addition he previously owned and operated a successful company with offices in multiple locations in the UK, before being head hunted for the investment industry. He has been involved in the acquisition of two UK cemeteries in the last 2 years

Paul Watson

Paul has spent 25 years working at senior executive level in some of the largest companies in the world, including Proctor and Gamble, Novartis and Gillette.  He is spearheading the branding and marketing areas of UKCI, and has rebranded the operational business as Respects Bereavement Services.

Jason Oakley – Advisor to board

Jason built the lending business in Metro Bank as Managing Director Commercial Banking from £65m to over £2.3bn in less than 3 years with an income stream of approximately £100m and market leading margins. Prior to this he was Head of SME for NatWest & RBS with over 3,000 relationship managers looking after over 1m clients and over £1bn of revenue. Since leaving Metro in 2015 Jason set up Commercial Finance brokerage Mantra Capital which has closed over £260m of loans since inception in August 2015. He added directly regulated FCA permissions to Mantra’s proposition.

Operational Team

Catherine Averill, Cemetery Manager 

Catherine has recently joined us to manage the day to day operations of our Essington cemetery where she will work closely with local funeral directors as well as directly with members of the public. Her breadth of experience, commercial awareness and friendly personality is already making her a great asset to UKCI.
